个人简介

熊秀琴，重庆大学“弘深启航学者”，公共管理学院副教授，曾任澳大利亚墨尔本大学卫生政策中心研究员。本科毕业于北京大学预防医学专业，并获得北京大学国家发展研究院经济学双学位，2019年获得北京大学公共卫生硕士学位，并被评为“北京大学优秀毕业生”，2024年博士毕业于墨尔本大学。目前主要研究方向为城市健康、卫生政策与卫生经济、卫生技术评估、健康偏好测量、健康效用测量，拥有丰富的定量研究经验，擅长运用决策建模进行经济学评估和离散选择实验测量患者和公众偏好，为卫生政策和医疗干预的制定和评估提供科学依据。研究成果发表在Value in Health, PharmacoEconomics, Neurology等卫生经济与医学领域的知名期刊。担任Value in Health, PharmacoEconomics, Quality of Life Research等多个期刊审稿人。曾获国际生命质量研究学会（ISOQOL） 2022年度杰出文章奖。
