Zhou Zhou, Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy at Hiroshima City University, Japan. His research interests are industrial economy, public economy and public policy, international trade and multinational corporations, institutional economics, law and economics. He is a member of Japan Trade Association, a member of the Japan Business Association, and a director of Chongqing Overseas Chinese Youth Federation.
