The professional degree of Master of Public Administration (MPA) of Chongqing University is a part-time program with 3-5 years. The length of this program is 3-5 years, of which the course-learning part is in principle 1.5 or 2 years. MPA program aims to cultivate graduates to equip proper political and ideological qualities and professional ethics; master systematic public management theories, knowledge and methods; obtain the ability to engage in public management and public policy analysis; and be able to comprehensively use management, politics, economy, law, and modern technology knowledge to solve practical problems of public management.
