Zhong Xingju, Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. She is a member of Chongqing Elderly Service Standardization Technical Committee, and a consultation expert member of the Welfare Department of Chongqing Civil Affairs. Her research interests are environmental Sociology, social policy and welfare, environmental social organization, social work.
