Weng Lingfei, Professor,School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. She obtained Doctor of Philosophy from James Cook University, Australia. She is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University. Her research interests are sustainable development, international development and global governance, public policy and management. She is a visiting scholar of the University of British Columbia College.
