Ren Xingxin,Associate Professor,School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. She obtained her Ph.D degree at Tsinghua University. She is a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign). Her research interests are policy innovation and policy learning, policy process, innovation policy and industrial policy.
