Ran Rong, Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His research interests are public and private sector relations, social responsibility and sustainable development. He is the vice chairman of Chongqing Society of Science and Technology Policy, an evaluation expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China and Social Science Foundation of China.
