Pan Lixia, Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. Her research interests are administrative licensing and government supervision, human resource measurement and evaluation, the legal basis of human resource development and management, public service and community governance. She is a member of Chinese Society of Administration, member of Chongqing Administrative Law Research Association, and an assistant researcher of Constitutional Research Center of Chongqing University.
