Liu Yan, Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. She is a visiting scholar at Massey University, New Zealand. She is the deputy director of the Research Center for Population, Resources, Environment, Economics and Management, Chongqing University, an anonymous reviewer of Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University. Her research interests are public economy and public policy, environmental governance and policy.
