Liu Bingsheng

Bingsheng Liuisprofessorand Deanofthe Schoolof PublicPolicyand Administrationat Chongqing University. He has served as the P.I. on three projects awarded by the National Natural Science Foundation of ChinaincludingDistinguished Young Scholarsprojects (2017). Healsoserved as the PI and Co-PI of two National Program on Key Research Project of China. Bingsheng is an internationally recognized scholar in group decision-making, sustainable construction management and has already published over 120 research papers in Top journals such as POMs, PAR, EJOR. In addition, he is actively involved in teaching practice and has been the editor and associate editor of two national-level textbooks. Recognizing his achievement, he was appointed the Changjiang Distinguished Professorship in 2020.
