Li Zhi, Professor,School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. His research interests are human resource development and management psychology, talent selection and evaluation, comparison of human resource management between governmental departments and enterprises, public service and policy selection. He is the vice chairman of Chongqing Psychological Society, and also a director of Public Human Resource Management Research Center of Chongqing University.
