Kong Yu, Professor,School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. She is a visiting scholar of University of Connecticut and an anonymous reviewer of Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics & Econometrics, Real Estate Economic. Her research interests are urban economy and real estate market, land resource management. She is also an expert member of the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education.
