Hu Xiaofang, Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. Her research interests are public space governance, community social work. She is a visiting scholar of the University of Southern California, and also the Deputy Secretary General of the First Council of the Social Governance and Social Work Special Committee of China Association of Social Work Education.
