Ding Congming, Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, China. His research interests are institutional, cultural and economic changes, China’s economic transformation. He is the director of the Department of Public Economics, School of Public Administration, and also the deputy director of the Center for Public Economics and Public Policy Research.
