Chen Litai, Professor, School of Public Policy and Administration, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. He is a visiting scholar of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the United States from October 2008 to November 2009. His research interests are industrial economy and regional development, capital market and financial investment, space economy and local governance, China economic policy analysis.
